The following directions to Goudreau Terrace, a Qualico® community located in Beaumont, have been provided for your convenience.

From North Edmonton:

• Start out heading south on Wayne Gretzky Drive NW
• Exit right off the 106 Ave NW ramp
• Turn left onto 106 Ave NW
• Stay straight on 106 Ave NW
• Turn right onto 50 St NW
• Continue South on 50 St NW/SW
• 50 St SW turns into Range Road 241/ Provincial Secondary Route 814
• Once in Beaumont, Range Road 241 become 50 St
• Turn right on 50 Ave
• Then take a left on 62 St to enter Goudreau Terrace

From West Edmonton:

• Begin heading east on Whitemud Drive NW
• Take the Calgary Trail exit toward Gateway Boulevard/99 St
• Turn slight left onto Whitemud Drive NW
• Turn slight right onto Calgary Trail NW
• Take the East Ellerslie Road Ramp
• Turn left onto 9 Ave SW/Ellerslie Road SW
• Turn right onto 101 St SW
• Turn left onto 41 Ave/Township Road 512
• Turn right onto Range Road 241
• Once in Beaumont, Range Road 241 become 50 St
• Turn right on 50 Ave
• Then take a left on 62 St to enter Goudreau Terrace

From East Edmonton:

• Begin on Sherwood Park Freeway NE
• Take the Highway 14 East exit toward Wainwright
• Merge onto Provincial Route 14 East
• Turn right onto 23 Ave NE
• Take a left onto Meridian St NW
• Turn right onto 41 Ave SW/Township Road 512
• Turn left onto Range Road 241/Provincial Secondary Route 814
• Once in Beaumont, Range Road 241 become 50 St
• Turn right on 50 Ave
• Then take a left on 62 St to enter Goudreau Terrace

From South Edmonton:

• Begin heading south Calgary Trail NW
• Take the East Ellerslie Road Ramp
• Turn left onto 9 Ave SW/Ellerslie Road SW
• Turn right onto 101 St SW
• Turn left onto 41 Ave/Township Road 512
• Turn right onto Range Road 241
